Our journey began in 1957 under the visionary guidance of Late Shri Hans Ram Karwa, establishing a foundation rooted in dedication and diligence. From distributing Orient Papers, we embraced a culture of excellence that would shape the Karwa Group legacy.
In 1987, Mr. Lalit Karwa spearheaded our transition to Karwa Consolidated Marketing Ltd., marking a significant shift toward organized operations. This transformation allowed us to explore niche paper varieties and tissue paper while forging enduring partnerships with esteemed paper mills. Building trust became integral to our operations.
The addition of Mr. Gautam Karwa and Mr. Pranav Karwa in 2012 infused new perspectives into our operations. Diversification into aluminum foil imports and the launch of the ‘K-STAR’ brand in 2015 reflected our commitment to innovation and growth, shaping the trajectory of our journey.
Launched in 2021, The Gourmet Distributor represents a milestone in our journey. By integrating downwards from traders to converters to distributors, we’ve established a robust value chain. Additionally, we’ve ventured into providing Customized Printing Papers, offering tailor-made packaging solutions to enhance brand recognition and ensure food safety standards.

Having studied and gained work experience in Canada, he has directed the expansion of the business by heading the operations of the firm. Responsible for Product Research, Development and Expansion..

With an accumulated experience of over three decades, he spearheaded the organization and brought it to where it stands today. For him, quality meant under-promising and over-delivering in everything he does and that is how our philosophy of being quality conscious came into existence.

Having focussed on supply chain management and marketing modules whilst graduating from UK, he focussed on expanding the reach of the business through marketing and international procurement. Responsible for International Trade and Marketing of the group.
